The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

159A Barronstown Stud EBF (C&G) M'dn

The Stewards fined J.C.Hayden, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Stevie's Wonder, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

159B Grangecon Stud Stakes

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Stormfly, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal , having lost a hind shoe in running.

159E Newbridge Silverware Pretty Polly Stakes

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Harasiya, trained by John M. Oxx, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost her action in the straight.

159H The Irish Field H'cap

The Stewards received a request from J.P. Murtagh, trainer of Regal Power (GB), to allow the nominated rider Caroline Murtagh, carry two pounds over the declared weight, it being her minimum allowed riding weight. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards granted the request.
