J.P. Murtagh, trainer of Royal County Boy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was struck into in running.
267C Fairyhouse.ie Apprentice H'capThe Stewards fined William Coleman O'Brien, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Charmingandpretty, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
The Stewards interviewed Patrick Martin, trainer of She's Not Simple, concerning the conduct of this horse who refused to race. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned. Having considered the evidence and taken into account the horse's recent record in this regard, the Stewards suspended She's Not Simple from races started by stalls for sixty days.
