The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

I.J. McCarthy, rider of Mclaren Vale trained by D.M. Christie, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost his action after the third last hurdle.

The Stewards fined Mrs Denise Foster, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Too Many Notes, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

S.W. Flanagan, rider of Vasco Des Bieffes (FR) trained by Miss Elizabeth Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount pulled up injured.
