The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.N. Russell, rider of Feenakilmeedy trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount may not have acted on the ground.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Feenakilmeedy, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

Miss J.M. Mangan, rider of Edmundo trained by R.P.Rath, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount finished lame.

The Stewards fined James Grace, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of She'llbeallright, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

Mr P.T. Foley, rider of Rock On Lilly trained by Thomas Foley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly throughout.
