Dundalk 13th November 2015
The Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after the start involving Agent Of Chaos (GB), ridden by W.J. Lee, Ebadan, ridden by S. Foley, Mega Fortune (FR), ridden by G.F. Carroll, and Oromo, ridden by W.M. Lordan, where it appeared Ebadan and Mega Fortune (FR) suffered interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion the interfernce was accidental. They were, however, of the opinion W.J. Lee was in breach of Rule 211 (a) in that he failed to ride in a straight line to the marker poles and having taken his record into account, they suspended him for 1 raceday.
314D Crowne Plaza Championship Apprentice HcpT.P. Madden, rider of Holy Water trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout.
314G Big Bad Bob M'dnR. Coakley, rider of Red Lion Rock trained by Georgios Pakidis, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.
