Paul John Gilligan, trainer of Harangue, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge sustained a cut to his off foreleg during this race.

M.A. Enright, rider of Yes Sir Brian, trained by Garrett James Power, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly in running and was pulled up.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Kinnitty Castle, trained by A.J.Martin, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race.
