D.N. Russell, rider of Siberian Vixen trained by Edmond Kent, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped deliberately.

P.T. Enright, rider of Simple Steps, trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount raced close to the pace but was unable to quicken when headed.

M.P. Fogarty, rider of Tellthemnuttin, trained by W.F. Codd, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was badly hampered in the back straight.

Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Lady Bradley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge made a respiratory noise after the third last hurdle.

D.N. Russell, rider of Fine Article trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got very tired and was pulled up.

M.P. Walsh, rider of Marlbrook trained by C.A.Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake and was pulled up.

Paul Nolan, trainer of Fine Article, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Wednesday 24th February that his charge was had a wind operation since this run.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Solita, trained by Paul Nolan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

B.J. Cooper, rider of Solita trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount tried to refuse the first fence and jumped poorly thereafter.
