The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Alamgiyr, trained by M.Halford, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be Post Race Normal.

S.P. Davis, rider of Coilogshakeysirgin, trained by Denis W. Cullen, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right in the straight .

Gary Paul Halpin, rider of Beechmount Whisper, trained by P.J.Prendergast, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped big out of stalls and pitched on landing, whereby he got unbalanced and was unseated.

W.J. Lee, rider of Sliver Thisle, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran green, not clear run in the home straight and stayed on well late.
