The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
John James Feane, trainer of Elusive In Paris (declared in error) - €200174B Leopardstown H'cap
The Stewards informed Tracey Collins, trainer that Beat The Ballot, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
R. Coakley, rider of Total Demolition, trained by J.Larkin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he was unable to get a clear run in the straight.
174D Jack L H'capThe Stewards requested a report from J. S. Bolger, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Brontide, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that his charge was never competitive on his last two starts. Regarding his penultimate race he added that the horse did not act in the cheekpieces. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.
