The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Holy Water, trained by Mrs Lorna Fowler, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
179D Anthony Langan Supp Sligo Races Hcap HdlA. Ring, rider of Lean Times trained by M. Flannery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and was pulled up thereafter.
179E Martin Reilly BMW H'cap H'dleD.J.Barry, trainer of Boston Oscar, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Monday 11th July that his charge cough several times in the stableyard post-race.
179G Sligo Rovers Race Day INH Flat RaceThe Stewards fined D.McNamara, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Time And Times, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
