The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Oh Me Oh My, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race.

L.P. Dempsey, rider of William Wordsworth trained by Sabrina J. Harty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right and gurgled in the course of this race.

John Gerard Fitzgerald, trainer of Fugitive Motel, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Friday, 22nd July, 2016 that his charge was found to be lame and upon inspection he had part of a horse shoe nail in the sole of his hoof which may have accounted for his unexpectedly poor performance.

P.T. Enright, rider of Marvellous Moment, trained by J.H. Culloty, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Marvellous Moment, trained by J.H. Culloty, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be making an abnormal respiratory noise post race.

A.E. Lynch, rider of Banking Crisis trained by T.G.McCourt, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount pulled up lame.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Misdflight, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.
