The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

172A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Burgundy Boy, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed first and Port Lions, ridden by S. Foley, placed second. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judge's placings and took no further action.

The Stewards informed J.P. Murtagh, trainer that Messerati Kid, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards fined Seamus G. O'Donnell, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Whiskey Treat, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

G.F. Carroll, rider of Burgundy Boy trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right in running.

172C Supervalu's Roscommon Apprentice H'cap

T.P. Madden, rider of William Ashford trained by J.C. Hayden, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped in running.

172G Lilac Rooms M'dn

John J Fitzpatrick, rider of Clementina (FR), trained by A.J.Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away, ran green and hung left in the straight.
