The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Stewards enquired into an incident around the three furlong pole involving Snowstar, ridden by N.M. Crosse, placed first and Aggression, ridden by S.P. Davis, placed fifth. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned in the presence of W. McCreery, trainer and master of N.M. Crosse. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that N.M. Crosse was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record, suspended him for one raceday.

J.C. Hayden, trainer of Accalia, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies that his charge did not let herself down on the good to firm ground.
